My first Charcuterie Boards

Hello everyone,
I’d like to share my first two CNC-crafted products created for a customer. These butcher blocks were made from remnants of a custom kitchen makeover, and the customer specifically requested—actually insisted—that I let my creativity run freely. I’m proud to say I delivered on that request, and it was an honor to present them with the finished designs.

Thomas, looks nice! I like to use a ball-nose bit as the last round in the pockets. It makes clean up easier to the end user. You’d have to figure out how to stop / offset your next-to-last toolpath so the straight bit doesn’t cut out the corners as you have now.

I use these for final stock removal in pockets. I normally rough out the pocket anyway so it would be the same two tool process as a square end mill for final finish.
