My machine is off on its coordinates

Hi everyone,

So to start off I have a Shapeoko 3 standard and I
was working with a small piece of lumber and a 1/16 downcut bit, lone behold the lumber let go from the clamps and my bit got caught up and broke. Since this happened my machine is homing in correctly but when I go to cut my project on carbide motion my measures are way off.

For example the dead center of my work space is 8 inches on the x axis and 8 inches on the y axis but now since breaking off the bit issue my dead center is 0 on the x axis and -8 on the y axis. I’ve checked the setting in carbide motion and also cleaned and checked every connection and screw on the machine.

Can someone help me out in this situation.
