I’m a new user, about 3 weeks. I have a Shapeoko xxl Running a simple vcarve program. Three attempts today and each time, during the program, my machine stopped, and screen said NO Connection. Cannot restart without shutting system down. Thanks for any thoughts. Gary Mann

Probably this is caused by EMI (electro-magnetic interference) — please let us know at support@carbide3d.com and we’ll work through this w/ you.
