I was so excited that my machine was going to arrive a day early so I would get the chance to assemble it before I leave for vacation. Now I have to deal with exchanging it. Ugh.
I’m hoping I can get matterhackers to throw in a free touch probe for my pain and suffering.
Why does it need to be exchanged? Usually we just send missing/damaged/replacement parts.
EDIT: OIC — wrong box/machine shipped — yeah, that they’ll need to swap out.
I ordered it through matterhackers. The person I talked to on the phone said I would need to exchange it for the correct one.
Matterhackers are good with fixing issues. It sucks getting what you didn’t order though. I ordered through them as well, they were amazing to work with.
