Need a new spatula with curve, having problems in carbide pro

Hello
I am trying to design a new wooden spatula in Carbide Create Pro and am having a hard time putting a slope into the spatula. How does one do this? I have read online and played with the model function, but all i keep making pyramids. Is there an easier way to design a simple wedge?

If you’re still stuck, upload the file and a description of your difficulty and we will walk through this with you.

Thanks- I had seen that and I have made spoons. The problem is that a spatula needs an angle between the handle and the end. _/ like that. Ideas? I do t have a file to upload bc I can’t find the function.

Use the “Upload” command:

spatula v1.c2d (932 KB)

I uploaded 2 files. The first spatula1.c2d is a stl upload of a spatula file from Thingiverse. It shows what I am trying to do - make a spatula with an angle between the handle and the spatula end. The second file spatula v1 is my sorry attempt to do so. Thanks in advance

The shape you want to model initially is:

because you want the center, where the tip of the Angle will be, to be at the center.

First model the stock thickness:

Then create a rectangle the size of the longest dimension:

and subtract it as an Angle scaling the height:

This should then yield the desired result:

Attached as a v7 file.

Modeling the bottom is left as an exercise for the reader.
