Im having trouble with a pocket cut going to far.
In the picture the pocket cut starts on the red line but i need it to stop at the line my cursor is on but instead it goes all the way through. My depths are set correct.

Looks like you have doubled-up geometry.
What do you mean? The files uploads fine if thats what you mean.

Note that that pocket starts at the bottom and cuts down from there.
Then add the inner circle to the selection:
and assign another pocket:

Then cut the holes:
