An alternative approach: Does it need to be 10 degrees? If it can be 15 the 150 degree v-bits at IDC Woodcraft are relatively affordable (~$50). (If it has to be 10 you can find an Amana 160 degree bit, but they are not very affordable ($365)). Both should leave a nice surface and be fairly fast if this is a production thing. (I have seen the IDC used for angling the top of a pizza peel down to the “oven floor” level).
Thanks to everyone for your help. This angle is just a part of the work piece to be made, and as I wish to machine said work piece in place once I clamp it down, using a fixture to set it at an angle is unacceptable for me. I may have to use multiple CNC programs to complete the part, but I do not want to move the part, until done. I am trying to design this piece and learn fusion at the same time. I played withe ramp feature in Fusion but was unable to get it to rough angle out from a piece of square stock.only got it to finish angle if part was already roughed out. So I went back to my design in CC pro and finished angle in that program. it is not perfect but angle will be hidden anyway, plus I should be able to fix imperfections with hand tools.
