New Bit zero acting schizo

I ran a job using the Bitzero and it went great. I changed the workpiece and reran the setup only to have it cut about .25" too deep.

Running a 4XL with multiple cuts using 1/8" end mill and 90 deg V bit.

Usually a BitZero is off by ~1/8" because one positioned it one way, and probed another.
