Purchased a new cutter #251 from c3d went into tool library and 251 is not listed. Okay no problem went to add tool and I get this is a built in tool cannot be edited. #251 is not showing in the list

I’m using CC build 445 and tool #251 shows up under MDF material only for some reason, but it is there:
Thank you everyone. I guess one solution would be just add it as a new cutter and add the tool info such as diameter, flute length and # of flutes.
The #251 only shows up in MDF since it’s not suited for use in plastics or metal.
