I appear to be losing steps, I’ve been trying to narrow it down but I can’t figure out what is causing it. Can anyone help?

Are all of your couplers securely in place?

I agree with Will. Skipped steps cause a drift overtime. That looks like backlash, which is likely:
- A loose coupler.
- The DAC bearings holding the ball screw are loose.
- The ball nut is loose.
