New machine always asking for bit change loop

Setting up a new machine and it is homing correct,
however after setting up bit setter it is in a loop asking for a bit change. If you click resume it goes back to the home position and drops the bit down to the table. To me it is acting like it is trying to run a job,

Did you set the bit setter location?
