I just got my new Shapeoko 4 on Friday of last week and put the machine together on Saturday and then did the electronics on Sunday. Turned it on, hooked it up to easel pro, it found the machine it homed correctly. I set up a test cut and it worked like a charm 0 issues.
I turned it off and took a break and when I came back a few hours later I can’t get it to connect to either Easel pro or Carbide Motion. It looks like the machine tries to turn on, and immediately shuts off, then back on again and off.
Basically all lights are flashing blue for a second, I hear a noise like the motors are waking up and it keep doing it over and over again until I shut the power supply off.
I contacted support and they asked me to unplug it for 30 mins and try again and it still does the same thing. I have quadruple checked all wiring but still no luck.
Any other ideas?
Thanks,
Bill
