I ran across this link on Hacker News, and to be honest I’m not exactly sure what the use case is, particularly at that price point – which is approaching Fusion territory.

Blender is a free, open source mesh modeler and the entire thing is scriptable with Python.
There are also free, open source parametric BREP libraries like Cadquery and Build123d that are frontends to Open Cascade.
