Is there anything i need to do to get my Pro working again after a renewal. Payment was recieved but action to the account in not valid.

An email gave me a code to enter
I entered that code with no results.
I will see if i can find the other info you mentioned.

When I did mine, I copied and then pasted the entire code in this box, and as Tod mentioned the begin and end lines included.

After copying the new whole license restart CC. Then it should work.
