New project - puzzle blocks

I’ve been looking for new and creative wooden toys to make for my wife’s business, and recently it struck me that the carbide vise can secure wooden building blocks. With that in mind, I loaded up 4 blocks into the vise (they did stick out on the top and bottom, but were still strongly secured)

Here is what I came up with. Having fun with this one!

Used a .063" flat cutter and cut to a depth of .07".

Darren- These came out very clean, nice trick to cut them all at once.

I like these, I think they’re a cute toy. Nice work! Have you thought of doing them with inlay? Or do you plan to finish them in some other way?
