New Setup 4x4 - Z-axis not leveled

I recently installed and started using 5 Pro 4x4 with VFD. As I go towards top left corner Z-axis changing. I can clearly see depth of cut is lesser. I checked my table and base. Both seem to be levelled. I see this from day-1. Any help with fix is appreciated.

Did you surface the waste board?

For leveling, please see:

Thanks Will. Let me try.

Somewhere here on the forum a new 4x2 SO5 user says one of his Y rails is not level. Look for that to see if/how he resolved that. You can put a level on the bed and level it with the leveling feet. Then put the level on the rails to see if they are also level. One of the digital angle gauges is useful but not necessary. The digital gives relative and absolute level.

CHECK IF YOUR RAIL IS LOCATED ON THE EXTRUDED SHOULDER BELOW IT BEFORE FOLLOWING THIS

I don’t understand how your Y rails can be not level if they’re literally located on a milled shoulder on the extrusion? (not being rude to you but whoever installed it) Popping off the caps is a bi*** but you can order new ones on McMaster. Make sure you have some at least blue loctite but be very sparing with it on each fastener before reinstalling. Then loosen the M4 screws using a 3mm hex key and then adjust the rail. Tighten 2 screws on either end till they hold the rail but you can still move it. Clamp the rail to the shoulder using whatever you can find. Install and retighten all fasteners.
