I set up my nomad 3 today, followed all of the steps but the starter project hasn’t come out correctly. The drill is no where near the material and it is very slow

Did you verify your “z” zero before starting the project? Did you zero to the top of material or the machine bed? A good practice is to jog to z-zero + 6mm (should be a preset) to verify things look ok before starting.
Slow, would be related to the speeds/feeds in the gcode. Not sure what toolpaths are defined in the program you are running.

The spindle isn’t even spinning. If this is the canned demo then you need the check in with support because that is very wrong.
