I purchased my Shapeoko 3 XL to challenge my brain cell 4 years ago.
I have been a hobby woodworker for about 25 years (I am now 75)
I just purchased a laser engraver.
I give away the stuff I make so in a bit different mind set. Andy’s comments (with slight variation) are accurate for each of my hobbies / machines.
