Nomad 3 flip jig

I’m very new to CNC and this nomad 3 and all i use my nomad is to cut stl of jewelry designs. but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to use the flip jig or what I am doing wrong when it comes to cutting out pieces like a challenge coin. Anyone have any tips or ideas on what i could be doing wrong?
