Nomad 3 Spindle Motor Dead?

Everything spins freely by hand. Machine “initializes” and measures tool. X,Y, and Z axis’s move just fine. Can jog everything. Tool spins by hand with little resistance. Motor pulley spins freely by hand with little resistance. Not seized.

Can’t get spindle motor to operate with button on the “jog” page.
Can’t get spindle motor to operate with gcode on MDI page.
Can’t get spindle motor to operate by sending a program through Carbide motion.

Any tips on what I can check? Or is my spindle motor just DEAD?
And what’s the best replacement for it? Direct from Carbide?
Is there a “motor upgrade” to what came standard back in October of 2021?

Thanks in advance for any and all help or suggestions.

Contact us at support@carbide3d.com and we’ll get you up and running again.

AFAIK, the spindle is unchanged since release of the Nomad 3.

Thank you. I have emailed support.
