Yes, the caveman was my old icon. A lot of life happened in the meantime, I was out of circulation for 7ish years, and I’m now basically Randy 2.0.

What is limiting expansion of my N4 usage (so far I have machined FR-4, FR-1, aluminum, brass, nickel silver, 410 SST and mild steel but all small workpieces) is my lack of an MQL (minimum quantity lubrication) system. I’ve read a lot and watched many YouTube videos, and am nearing the point of trying out a modified cheap Amazon mister unit. I have turned a Luer taper on the brass nozzle tip and put a restrictor in the inner brass mixer piece. I plan to use adhesive dispensing needles for the actual nozzle. I have an old Gast laboratory diaphragm pump that I plan to plumb with a storage tank for the air supply. Will plumb it up fogbuster style with a pressurized alcohol reservoir. All definitely a work in progress. The good foundational thing is that the stock mounting holes in the mister body fit the side holes on the N4 spindle clamp as long as they are drilled out a little. I shortened the pop-beads and the internal tube leading to the nozzle tip.
