Nomad Stops at top of Stock at start of Contour

EDIT: Issue resolved. Appears the issue is with the G17-19 codes. I have it working now.

So I am using Solidworks with HSM, and then loading the GRBL into Carbide Motion to execute. I am trying to do just a simple contour cut of a rectangle as my troubleshooting piece. When I load the the GRBL into CM and then run the project, the bit does its beginning movements and then begins its descent to the top of the stock as expected. However when it gets to its cutting depth and should begin its rectangular path, it does not move. The spindle continues to spin, but the bit does not move in any direction. This is the code (also note that in the bolded lines, originally it says F0, but I change it to F10, otherwise I get an invalid feed rate error):
