I designed a modular dust boot similar to the Sweepy, and intend to test it alongside Winston’s newer version.
Today is fit check day.
- Modular hose adapter accommodates multiple hose options, as well as hose feed out direction (z-axis rotation)
- Multiple upper layers is a vestige of a “see through window” provision, which does not work in this form factor.
- Lower part will be held in place by a velcro strip.
- Layers may be sealed with rubber cement, TBD.
