Interesting device - have never seen that particular style before. Wonder how well it works on softer materials, shapes with non-horizontal tops.

Indeed, it’s not like a contact finder reading the sidewall, reading the ‘how to use it’ section I got to

  • When the edge of the plunger snaps off

And thought, “that’s a bit pessimistic” :wink:

Yeah, “snaps down” would make a lot more sense.
