Offset finishing

I have a shapeoko 4, with the standard version of carbide create version 8, I was wondering if there is an offset you can program to do kind of a finishing path, or to allow 2 pieces to fit. example would be if you make a 1" circle and a 1" round hole, they won’t fit, So at some point you would have to program in a certain offset to allow them to fit together. I did see a different software where you could type in the desired offset. Is that the pro version of carbide create? Thanks

Pro has a “Stock to Leave” option for inside/outside Contour toolpaths

And we just found out the “Stock to Leave” will allow a negative value.
I start with a 0.010" clearance for wood fit. Usually just snug. Slip fit go about 0.020"

If you don’t have PRO, just fake the tool size.

Undersize 1/4" End Mill
Diameter: 0.245

Program with the undersize but cut with the actual 1/4" tool and it will take 0.005" extra.
I like to climb cut & take 2 passes.
