I had the opportunity to test the Shaper Origin.
The feature that I like is the posssibility to add an offset to a contour path.
- So you can start to create a pocket with a 0,5mm offset and use a countour path with another cutter for the last 0,5mm contour.
- If you have pieces which shall fit together and you can test while one part stays on the machine, you can step by step changing offset of the contour.
For sure you can do the same with an additional contour, but the offset is much easier.
