On how many computers can you install the key?

Hello Members, this question may have been asked before, but I can’t find it. The question is on how many PCs you can install the registered Pro version. I use a PC in the attic and one at the CNC in the garage

I believe the official answer from support is 3.

My recommendation based on a layman’s reading of the license is “as many as needed”, but only use one at a time, and if multiple folks are using the license, then only one.

I have it installed on a laptop dedicated to the Shapeoko in my shop, on the desktop in my home office, and on the laptop I use around the house and when I travel. All three are Macs. I store my Carbide Create Pro files in iCloud where I can access them and work on them from any of my three computers.

I am very careful about saving the file I am working on and closing Carbide Create when I leave a computer since to the best of my knowledge CC Pro is not programmed to permit a file to be open and worked on by multiple computers at the same time.
