Over Cutting Corners in Y Axis

Howdy, having some new issues recently with the top right and bottom left corners of pockets. I’ve cut around 10 pockets to 1/2" and all of them have the same weird error. I checked the v rollers on all of the axes and as far as I can tell there is no slop. I just retightened the belts so I’ll double check in a second, I just wanted some other opinions before I try again. Using a 3/4 inch bowl bit with 1/4" radius from whiteside. DOC is .08 WOC is .15 with a feed of 45 because I thought maybe I was running it too hard. Doesn’t seem to make any real difference finish wise. Adding geometry to cut as a pocket with a finishing pass

One technique which is often suggested to avoid slotting is to add geometry around a part which one wishes to cut out and cut as a pocket down to tab depth — here’s one technique for that.
