Pen for writing on polyethylene

Writing on Polyethylene bottles doesn’t work well with a sharpie. I keep bottle of 98% alcohol, acetone, tap water on my work bench, and labels are always wiping off.

Solution is a livestock marking pen : https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000HHLU3M/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Nice,

When do you think the neighbours will work out how their cats and dogs grew moustaches and bikinis?

Here is an alternatives that does the same thing: https://www.amazon.com/Ear-Tag-Marking-Pen-Black/dp/B000HHM5GI

They all have “fading” and “fades” comments.

Then there’s the paint marker alternative in many colors: https://www.amazon.com/Forney-70822-Marker-Paint-Yellow/dp/B000TGC3VO

This last one is the ubiquitous marker for industry for pipe and plastic, but you must follow directions or you will end up with color all over the place!
