Picture quality issue

Having an issue with the quality of this picture and tracing all the features. Its going to be done in stages with resin 16"
Any help would.be appreciated

You’ll do better with the original logo.png file:

which will then trace:

adjusting the threshold a bit we get:

OK

Importing the pixel image for reference:

One can then re-trace to get further details:

which may then be edited and merged together to create a workable version — unless of course one could get the original vector.
