Good lord what causes this 0 flute up cut Jesus
That usually cleans up with a fingernail or an xacto knife. You can try running the toolpath a second time but that may take longer than a little manual cleanup.
Think I got it cuts were too deep.

Note that there are specialty tools for cleaning this sort of defect up — search term is “deburring” and usually any decent hardware store will have at least the General Tools brand deburring tool:
Noga is a well-regarded brand.
Thanks! I’ll look into one
Here are the settings I used on .250 polly with a 1/8 up cut bit.
If you start at these speeds and feeds watch the material and see if it rolls/frays the material and if it does you can reduce the rate of cut while cutting watch it and look for a clean cut. If these speeds and feeds produce a good cut you can increase the rate of cut and back down if you see the material rolling or fraying.

Thank you, I went with a shallower cut and that helped, but these settings look really good when I use them. Thanks
