Pocket inlay sizes

I’ve done inlays before - Recently upgraded to create pro - I was having trouble with a new design so I switched to a SAP (simple as possible) inlay demo - The inlay seems okay, but I’m having trouble with the pocket - A circle 0.25" in diameter - S = 0.00 D = 0.125. I’m using 0.065" endmill 45 degree Vee bit. The pocket should be a hole with sloped sides - top diameter 0.25", the bottom diameter, 1/8" below the top, should be a diameter of 0.00" - This what I’m seeing in the “show simulation”, but when I cut it, the upper diameter is 0.5" and the lower dimension is 0.25"

I have measured the Vee bit - It really is 45 degrees - Any Idea what I’m doing wrong?

Post a photo showing how the part cut out and how you are measuring?

If possible, one showing the part still clamped in place with the machine at the origin (or a specified offset from that position) as well as the .c2d file?
