Port to use on the 3XL controller to adapt a spindle

I am converting my route to a 1.5kw water cooled spindle. I understand the programing of the VFD, but not sure of the input/ output volts from the controller board if using the bit runner port if this is the appropate site for interfacing the VFD signals to turn on and off the motor . If there is another port needed for such control let me know the appropate point of source for the ancillary adapter board. . image|690x489

I just installed a PwnCNC 1.5 kw water cooled spindle on my Shapeoko Pro. I re-ran machine setup to tell it I have a VFD.
