I’m on carbide create v764 (2023-10-31) on win 10
I’m running into a whole system crash while running carbide create.
The issue happens when I open up toolpath screen and am running a tool outside of my project area.–I have a contour operation around a merged part (several boxes all merged right up to the edge of the project area. I could expand the project area, but this setup works better for where the origin is. Before contouring, I though it would be a good idea to add a few circles at the corners and run a drill operation to pre-clear corners so less of the bit is engaged as it goes around the edge. Since the contouring happens outside of the work area, I attempted to move two of the circles to the very top of the project and it crashes. When I open just the toolpath tab and wait, it also crashes.
