So i want to do some very complex projects that requires the outline to be cut through 1" wood.
Is there a cutting tool that could withstand / do this type of job? I am pretty new to machining things.

That said, you may want to re-think your design, and/or approach / material.
V-carving is arguably the most expressive way to cut 2D designs:

Depends. You can find 1/16" cutters with a ~5/8 cutting diameter, 1/8" at 1"long is not uncommon. You could also cut many thin sheets and then laminate them together.
Ok, I give, why must it be 1 inch thick?
Cut and assemble thinner layers? Petition carbide 3d to make a CNC scroll saw? (I have no idea how that’d work but I want to see it)
I’m with these guys. If you absolutely have to cut through 1", it is possible to find extended reach endmills. I have one in .125" diameter which has a 1.5" flute length (cutting depth). HOWEVER, at that length, you get a significant amount of deflection at the end of the mill, which means you really need to be on your game with regard to feeds and speeds. It is very easy to break those small end mills if you are not careful.
I think it is going to be tough to find mills smaller than .125" or .0625" in an extended reach length.
