Here:

while the entire process of design is detailed (oddly not mentioning tools such as Pepakura Designer, or PythonSCAD), there are .pdfs at the end — load those into Inkscape, re-save as SVG files, then set up toolpaths to cut (maybe even score? perhaps an empty ball-point pen) using a Stingray.
