Having issue with Start button and power brick blinking. unable to connect to cutter.
Which type of machine?
Photo/video?
Do other things plugged into that outlet work?
Is it under warranty?

4xxl I unplugged everything from board one at a time nothing left except powersupply still the same issue.
With the power supply unplugged from the machine plug it into the wall — does it light promptly and stay steadily lit? If so, it’s probably okay and the problem is the controller (if you have a multimeter you could check the output from the pins)
Would you happen to know the pin Schematic. It stays steady green until plugged into Control board then it blinks and so does the power button I know it is 3V DC when leaving The Brick.
