power pendant not working

worked before I moved it. Changed location, disconnected the wiring, reconnected the wiring. lights indicate power to the controller and to the vfd controller, still will not power up
Is this emergency stop button depressed ?
Twist it to unlock

Mine occasionally stops, but it’s because the wiring behind the housing near the ball screw in the back came loose during unboxing when I got my machine. The 3 prongs were stuck in the foam and pulled out one of the connectors. Did you double check that connection?
