Power Supply or something bad?

I have not used my machine in a week or two, and have had my computer disconnected from it. I went to connect today and it said it would not connect to cutter. I toggled the switch off, and it made the bump noise. I turned it back on and it sounded like it was trying to move but wouldn’t. I cycled power again and got the same issue. It will move in all three directions with machine off, and does this same thing no matter the position. I took off the cover and hit the reset button but that did not help. I have a green light on my power supply. When I turn on the machine, the blue led in the back comes on, but after it tries to move, it just fades out. When I turn it off from there, I still get the bump. I am at a loss here, and need to cut today. I do get 3 small led’s that blinks once when I turn them on, I believe it says(its very small writing) something about limit, so assuming limit switches. Anyone got any ideas? First time this has happened since I got it over a year ago.
