Pro - Always show 'Show Toolpath Volumes' button

Right now the button does not appear until the simulation is shown.

The button should always be visible, and if the simulation has not been run yet, either

• tell the user to run the simulation, OR
• (preferred) just go ahead and run the simulation, then show the volumes.

Epoxy Turtle Charcuterie board

A just finished charcuterie board. The effect in the epoxy is, we think, due to convection currents as the epoxy cures - we deliberately made the pockets much deeper than they need to be hoping to generate this effect. The new ‘Toolpath Volume’ feature in CC did an excellent job, I was able to mix up the epoxy with very little waste. [IMG_0672] [IMG_0678] All cutting done with CC / CM / S3 XL, epoxy was Magic Resin (+ their color powders) for both the pockets and overpour.

Great. The testing showed the calculations to be correct, but we’re never sure until it’s verified by normal users.

I usually measure my epoxy by weight instead of volume. I used the volume calculator, but increased by 15%, and got really good results - not too much excess epoxy to deal with.
