I was looking at using tapered bits. Can they be properly programmed into CC.
No. Carbide Create does not support tapered with ball tip tool geometry at this time.
You can enter them as a ball-nosed endmill and they will work, so long as the design doesn’t have features which are more vertical than the taper which will be cut away.

I am guessing there is a reason they can’t be run as a V-bit? (A VERY DULL V-bit)
