I have been working on a project with several iterations behind me. The latest one seems on target. It was fine when I closed it to go look at specs on an earlier version. When I reopen, I see only a light grey screen with a center point. My grid is turned on and set to .25 inch and the stock size is 15x15 inches. When I create a new vector - say a circle, it comes up at a ridiculous size - 133". If I change the radius to say an inch, I can’t see it at all. Somehow the world around my project has become huge. Hopefully there is a way to fix this?
What is set for units in Job Setup?
What is your Grid Increment set to?
Upload your file and a screen grab?
Have you tried saving, rebooting, then re-opening the file?
Solved. Reset view worked. I have no idea why it exploded to begin with, and reset did not work initially. I just kept going back through things and trying them unitl it worked. If I had to guess, I would think something like a stuck key caused the problem.
The deep dark mysteries of computer science. As you stated it is usually something you did or a computer malfunction. Glad you got back to normalcy. Just hope it does not repeat.
