Project will hit the back of the machine

I am trying to cut out some big trees using the tiling method. Which I am not 100% on how to use. Although I have watched a few videos on still not confident. But I got everything set up and in the set up of motion I set all my zeros on my machine, it goes over set the bit depth and when I got to run project I keep getting a error message telling me the project will hit the back.of the machine y+ and how ever many MM it is. I’ve looked at my project in create and don’t see anything. What could it be I am sure it’s something simple I am not doing. Please give me some guidance on what to do thanks!!

Which machine do you have, where are you setting zero and can you post the project file?

Tile Height + (2 x Vertical Overlap) < Total Y travel.
Zero needs to be in a position that will allow motion to the entire tile height + (2 x vertical overlap).

If Zero is lower left, the your zero on the machine should be at least vertical overlap from the front edge, and tile height + vertical overlap from the back edge. (edges being “edge of Y travel”)

In order for that warning message to be accurate, you need to set your zero before loading the file.
