Proximity Sensor issue

SO4 XXL - I’ve had intermittent issues with the Z-axis proximity that centers around the connector itself.

If I move the connector a bit, the proximity sensor works as designed. If the connector gets jarred, the sensor will fail (no LED). I’ve swapped the Z & X axis sensors and the connectivity issue follows the sensor.

Question: what is the 3-pin connector called? I’d like to figure out how to pull the pins, and validate the crimps.

I’ve also noticed what I would consider a cable “stress” issue where the cable enters the sensor itself.

Thoughts, inputs and suggestions greatly appreciated.

Adding video demonstrating my issue:

My suggestion is to contact support@carbide3d.com, this is probably a matter of a defective cable (and/or sensor) and they will sort it out for you.

Thank you for the suggestion. Email enroute!

Mine (SO pro XXL) will rise a bit. I have gotten in the habit of reaching it’s top and gently (very) pushing it straight down. Just a tick and it is better. I think it’s more about alignment than wiring. I should probably look at it closer.
