my v-wheel on the zplus is coming into contact with the belt clip on the x axis when homing the machine. My proximity switch on the rear of the zplus is positioned correctly. Any ideas?
Loosen the belt anchor, cant it away from the V endmill — you should be just able to get clearance, then tighten.

also, just out of curiosity, how do i know if the proximity switches are actually working? is there a way to test them?
pushing the belt clip away from the wheel while tightening gave it just enough clearance. There is hardly any clearance. Thanks
Please see:
Loosen the bolt and hold clip with pliers while tightening. Without holding torque of tightening screw will move clip into path of v wheel. There is very little clearance.
