My husband wanted me to make a simple Browning sign . It took about 42 minutes …using 1/8 bit and 90 degree v carve bit . Other than it taking so long to cut … this cut is one of my favorites. I put 2 coats of paint and 1 layer of clear coat on the pvc board before the cut . That seemed to keep things neater with the cut . It came out looking pretty nice and clean. My husband loved it .
