Question about Fusion 360 setup

I am pretty new to Fusion, is there any special setup required to get started with tool-path generation for a Nomad 3?

Can I just use the generic 3 axis (Y-axis table) machine or do I need to input special parameters for the nomad?

There is no need to use the “machine simulation” features of Fusion360, if anything they are a nuisance for simple hobby jobs. So just ignore machine setup.

For toolpath generation you will just need a Fusion360 post processor that outputs G-code compatible with the GRBL controller present in Shapeokos/Nomads, over here we tend to use @neilferreri’s :
