Hi all,just checking to see if this is normal,when I get to the end of initialising at the back right corner it appears the z plus keeps running against itself for a few seconds making a reasonable noise.The limit switches are working with the metal test.No errors come up but to me it should not be trying to run when stopped.

This is most likely the normal sound. On each axis the machine first seeks the switch at high speed, then backs off a bit and finally moves slowly towards the switch again, for better precision. The sound of that final slow move can be surprising at first.
Thanks Julien,just sounds like it is driving up the Z axis and there is a fair amount of force,but no alarms.Thanks so much.
