So I am fairly new to the Shapeoko family and obviously to Carbide as well. I was able to create a box what has and outside lip and an inside lip which fit together perfectly. My concern is that the lip is only an 1/8 of an inch and I would like to get it to a quarter of an inch. I took the line and on the top cut outside right and on the bottom cut inside left. It fits great just would like to have a more substantial lip.
Any ideas on how to do this in Carbide Create?
I also put a ledge on the inner bottom box to allow for small boxes to sit for rings and earrings…then cut it out even deeper to allow bracelets to sit at the bottom.
Would love some help making the lip even bigger - I am about 3 weeks into having the machine. Thank you in advance!
