Quick centering tool

I have to make hundreds of holes (10mm) with shoulders in hardwood for INSERTS on a flat surface but in random places, so I can’t draw them and have to center them by hand. A bit like a FOSTNER bit on a PRESS DRILL. Is there a tool that I can put on/over a 1/4in END MILL that ends in a point to help me manually redo the zero (X,Y) quickly ???

And a way to launch the CNC by removing the (Z) verification sequence in CARBIDE MOTION ???

If by “removing the (Z) verification sequence” you mean constantly rechecking the tool length before each repeat operation with the same tool, see:

Approximately half the time I use CM with my Nomad Pro I am doing repeat operations with the same bit, same setup. But for each of these iterations CM forces another unnecessary bit measurement. For the 24 operations I did this morning this took as much time as the actual machining. It also seems unnecessary wear and tear on the machine. Sounds like you need to re-setup your machine & select the option to NOT use the BitSetter - which will then require you to do all Z-zeroing manually.

Actually, I think you may just be able to de-select the BitSetter option in the Settings.
